By downloading, installing, or using the Pixel Speak mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Pixel Speak is an AI-powered translation application that provides text, image, and audio translation services across 80+ languages. The App is designed for personal and professional use to facilitate communication across language barriers.
New users receive 5 free translations to try the service. No payment information is required for the free trial.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your device's App Store settings.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its content are owned by Tony Korologos and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations and recommend verification for important communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email.
